Our minimum order is just 12 pieces for screen printing and 6 pieces for DTF printing. For embroidery, we require a minimum of 12 items. Need fewer? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (2-3 days) are available for an additional fee. Turnaround begins once you approve the final proof and payment is received.

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) are preferred for the best print quality. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team can help recreate it.

Yes! We offer 2-3 day rush production for an additional 25% fee. Same-day and next-day service may be available depending on order size and current production schedule. Call us at (215) 555-1234 to check availability.

Absolutely! Local pickup is free at our Philadelphia location (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm). We also ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

Yes! The more you order, the more you save. Pricing decreases at 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500+ pieces. Request a quote to see exact pricing for your quantity. We work with businesses, schools, and organizations of all sizes.

Our in-house design team is here to help! We offer free basic design assistance with every order. Need a custom logo or complex design? We provide full design services starting at $50. Share your ideas and we'll create a proof for your approval.

Reorders are easy! We keep your artwork on file for 2 years. Just contact us with your previous order number or business name, and we'll pull up your design. Reorders often have faster turnaround since artwork is already approved.
